If you happen to be in France for business or pleasure, make sure you make yourself some time to visit theGardens of Marqueyssac. You will find them in Vézac, a town in the Dordogne region of the country. The beautifully landscaped gardens were created long time ago, around a 17th century chateau, and have been opened for public strolls in 1996. Believe it or not, the mesmerizing shapes of the hedges were first created some 300 years ago, but they still impress visitors today.
Le Château de Marqueyssac is surrounded by 5 kilometers (3. 10 miles) of walking trails, a chapel, a belvedere pavilion above a river below, and of course, these mind-blowing gardens. This is a place that we really believe it’s worth visiting. Enjoy the pictures!
